jm888 reserves the right to request documentary verification of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage. This may include government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, or payment method verification documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jm888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jm888 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jm888 account, regardless of their age or relationship to you.

All bets placed on the jm888 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or market. By placing a bet or initiating a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that activity. The following general rules apply across all jm888 gaming and betting products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jm888 does not accept requests to void or amend bets after confirmation except in cases of clear platform error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, jm888 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return stakes to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jm888 Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances including deposits and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one jm888 account.
• Underage gambling: Accessing the Platform or placing bets while under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jm888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jm888 Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jm888 software or game code.
• Use any jm888 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jm888 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of jm888 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jm888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

jm888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jm888 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or any other technical circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

jm888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback; or identification of activity inconsistent with responsible gaming obligations.

Upon account closure for breach of this Agreement, jm888 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, jm888 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including deposits and winnings. Where an account is closed for administrative or operational reasons unrelated to user breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

You may close your jm888 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome.

jm888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jm888 will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jm888 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to jm888's operating licence. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
